Cortisol is an enemy often not recognized. Thank you for pointing it out. I would love to read your guide. I know that cortisol spikes after 40-45 minutes of hard workouts so Olympians don't go past that time, they instead do many sessions with rest and recovery. Leptin is something we all need to get better educated in for sure! I am not a man, but I am in the health field and would like to see what you have to say. Cortisol.
