Have You Ever Tried to Lead the “Unleadable”?

Let’s face it—leading is tough. But leading those who seem resistant to guidance? That’s another level of challenging.

In my latest article, The Truth About Leading the Unleadable,” I tackle this head-on. Instead of trying to force leadership on those who don’t want to be led, I’ve found that true impact comes from walking beside them, inspiring them through action, and holding them accountable to their own potential.

It’s a lesson I’ve learned (and am still learning) throughout my leadership journey. Leadership isn’t about bending people to your will; it’s about helping them unlock what’s already within themselves.

?? Here’s a sneak peek:

  • Why some people resist being led (hint: it’s not about you!)
  • The importance of leading through influence, not authority.
  • How walking beside your team fosters authentic growth.

If you’ve ever faced this challenge—or are just curious about new ways to think about leadership—I’d love for you to check out my latest post on Substack. It’s where I’m sharing exclusive insights and advice for leaders like you.
