Good morning I hope this all finds you in good health today as I woke up the start my day I wonder have you ever done anything out of guilt. Have you hired someone because you listened to there story and thought that if you give them a chance they will be there best role model because you can empathize with them.

To this day i regret doing this and I still do this everybody deserves a chance so why not give them a chance to become one person the best employee they can be the best person with the best idea the best advertisement you could have
