Let's be honest, folks. Not everyone starts out as a radiant "Dare to Glow Star," myself included! Eight years ago, with a suitcase full of dreams and a heart brimming with uncertainty, I waved goodbye to familiar Ugandan soil and set sail for the United Arab Emirates.

My friends, bless their supportive souls, were convinced I was embarking on a fool's errand. "The desert is unforgiving," they'd warn. "You need camel-thick skin to survive!" (Cue the self-doubt sweats.)

But here's the thing: dreams don't fizzle out on their own. They get choked by fear and a lack of action. So, I took a deep breath, embraced the unknown, and dared to glow.

It wasn't sunshine and rainbows. But, I did the unthinkable – I dared to glow! It wasn't a walk in the Dubai sunshine (although there was plenty of that!)There were financial sacrifices, social isolation, and moments where giving up felt easier. But with each disciplined step forward, each late night spent learning, and every "no" I transformed into a "how," I felt myself blossoming. ?

Fast forward to today: I'm a "Dare to Glow Coach," and guess what fuels my passion? My own story! It's a testament to the power of persistence, self-investment, and a healthy dose of "you've got this!"
