Have you caught the Team Coaching wave yet?
Coaching at Henley Business School
Bringing business to life is at the heart of what we do. Follow us for the latest updates on #coaching.
Team Coaching is one of the fastest growing areas in the coaching profession.? All three major professional bodies having identified specific team coaching standards and competencies and team coaching credentials in the last couple of years.
Why is this?
Well, it really reflects the broader shift that has been under way in how organisations are approaching leadership and team performance and development.? Increased complexity of the work world and a shift away from the traditional individual hero-leader towards collective or shared leadership means that the table stakes for teams functioning effectively have risen substantially at the same time as remote and hybrid work models have increased, making team dynamics and engagement even more challenging.
As an individual leadership or executive coach, you are probably finding a number of your clients asking how you can best support them in transforming their teams.? As a consultant or team facilitator, you are probably noticing that clients are looking for more than one-off or “away-day” activities and wanting something more sustainable and systemic where the team builds its capacity to function effectively as a team on an ongoing basis.
So, if you haven’t already, it’s time to catch that Team Coaching wave.? And this is where we come in to ensure you have the professional qualification to ride the wave well!
