I know a thing or 3 about redundancy having been made redundant three times, I understand the shock, the feelings of worthlessness and the fear of finding a new role, the list goes on!

Over the last 16 years I have worked with thousands of people who have been made redundant and I have supported them in making their next career move.

Not just to any old job, but to their perfect job role and that is my objective for you!

I progressed in my career quite fast, I was a senior operations manager at the age of 25. Everyone told me how lucky I was, but I'd planned my career down to the last letter, I knew it wasn't luck, it was down to expert planning and hardwork. I used every redundancy as opportunity to progress further.

My ultimate goal was to have my own business to help other professionals navigate their perfect career (with a great salary to match) and show them how to stand out from the crowd.

I'm not just a CV writer or Career Coach, I have 16 years corporate work experience in senior roles where I recruited the best staff and developed them to reach their potential and ultimately get promoted, this was all part of the day job.

Over the last year, so many people have reached out for support following redundancy and I wanted to do something to help. I can't help everyone for free, it doesn't make business sense and I have to pay my bills too.
