Have you arrived yet?

When do we know that we have arrived?

What does it feel like?

Is that the point where we stop wanting more from life and stop pushing ourselves to achieve more?

We don’t even realize when the goalpost keeps shifting.

We forget to keep a track of the fact that the ultimate goal to become the Blacklist 1 in NFS MW changed to an endless saga of Candy Crush.

Once we complete a level, we aspire to complete another level and we fall in that loop.

We cease to stop by and savour the fruit which, that particular level got for us. We tend to run after that sudden adrenaline rush and the feeling of euphoria, which each level gives us.

We disregard the fact, that the feeling is temporary and it is a bait for the next level.

What if we fail to clear that level?

What if that next, illuminated, bright goalpost was actually the Event Horizon of a black hole and we get dragged into the point of singularity and there’s no possibility to return?

Then, can we say that we have arrived?

Will we be accepted with that kind of arrival?

Why don’t we get appreciated for our tries and the journey till the goalpost?

Why does that goalpost have to be a benchmark?

Let’s pause, take a breath, think, and appreciate what we have, where we have reached, how we have transformed.

Here, black hole signifies the grief that we go through and point of singularity is the phase where we are engulfed with guilt and discouragement, which prohibits us to bounce back. Event Horizon of a black hole is part of black hole from where no light can escape.

Ofcourse everything crosses a point of no return! Moving forward is the ONLY way of life! Khalil Gibran said it is about BECOMING the ocean! You are YOUNG! It is your job to embrace the ocean!! :) "FEAR Khalil Gibran It is said that before entering the sea a river trembles with fear. She looks back at the path she has traveled, from the peaks of the mountains, the long winding road crossing forests and villages. And in front of her, she sees an ocean so vast, that to enter there seems nothing more than to disappear forever. But there is no other way. The river can not go back. Nobody can go back. To go back is impossible in existence. The river needs to take the risk of entering the ocean because only then will fear disappear, because that’s where the river will know it’s not about disappearing into the ocean, but of becoming the ocean.
