Have the Write of Your Life!

SO WHAT'S UP? A new podcast. Many of you know I've taught lifestory/memoir courses at the local community college. I'm taking that knowledge online....and sharing it with the world. WriteOfYourLife.com is a website/podcast that will help both novice writers and nonwriters transform their lives by discovering and writing their life stories. Everyone has a story to tell. WHO MIGHT BE INTERESTED? People who've been through difficult times in their lives, people who have an interesting family history, people who want to share their side of the story, people who have a success story to reveal, people who wish to get beyond their past. Regular people like you and me. My dream is that this podcast reaches many people who will be able to tell their life stories in ways they never imagined. To do that, we have to get noticed.

It is incredibly humbling to share this project with everyone. The thought of having my voice out in the world scares me. I'm afraid of ridicule, of expectation, of the obstacles - but I'm doing it anyway.
