HAVE WE BEEN INTRODUCED?

Hopefully we have as you are reading this but let me refresh your memory and introduce myself!

I am Kay, married to Ian for 35 years and together for almost 36 years.

I have two grown up children aged 44 and 34 and I live in a small town in South West Wales, called Burry Port. I also have two fur babies and two grandchildren.

I offer Tarot/Soul Card Readings to help you to think for yourselves in the drip fed world.

I'm a Kinetic Shift Practitioner, which means I use a non-intrusive therapy to shift any blocks preventing you from living your life to the full.

I host a Meditation, Psychic and Spiritual Development Circle every Wednesday at 6 pm (UK time)

And am about to launch an online hub, Mindful Transitions, where I will help you to find the ladders rather than the snakes on the game board of life.

I haven't always worked this way having left school at 16 I worked in a shoe factory, a merchant bank, an electrical retailers, a departmental store, a garage, a paper recycling centre, a candle outlet and finally my local council.

For the first 50 years of my life I allowed depression to be my companion having kicked it into touch in 1990 by having counselling I allowed another counsellor to reopen the boxes and putting me back to square one in about 1994/5 after my son's school had asked me to attend these sessions.

So I know what it is like to face that snakes a ladders board first hand!

Moving to Wales in 2003 I was befriended by a colleague and introduced to spirituality.

Now I was somewhat sceptical as I had fallen out of love with religion but soon came to the conclusion that spirituality is a way of life and that we are all connected through this energy that gives us a purpose in life!

I attended a spiritual church and sat in circle with a medium.

Whilst sitting in circle with the medium I began to dream about cats, I was terrified of them but these dreams were constant and when I told the medium they suggested that I should get one, I questioned this but ended up getting a cat, then another and when the first cat died another. Fear gone!

The medium also took me to an academy where mediumship and psychic studies were taught to see how a medium works on platform, here I seen a Self Awareness course advertised.

Something within me made me feel that this was what I needed so I signed up for it, I met a lady here who was going to hold a Tart Card Reading Workshop, having attended a workshop with the medium I was sitting with and throwing the cards in the bin, I didn't think that this was something I wanted to do! The lady who started me on this journey however did want to learn the Tarot and reluctantly I went along with her,

Well this was the Universes way of starting me reading the cards, a few years later it was suggested that as I didn't read the cards in a conventional manner using them more as a coaching tool to qualify as a coach.

I registered for an NLP course and became a practitioner an coach on the basic level, however I found that this didn't really sit with my Tarot reading and my tutor suggested that I should go to her Kinetic Shift Workshop.

Hence I am now a Kinetic Shift Practitioner and as my tutor had predicted I fell very much in love with it.
