That's a wrap on 2022 - an incredible year in the (short) history of STOIX.

Just this year, we grew from 2 Co-founders to 7 full-time and part-time staff, moved into our own office space in Farringdon and delivered on a number of exclusive assignments as well as helping great candidates secure some amazing roles. ????

We're going on holiday with the peace of mind that we worked hard this past year and will continue to push forward in 2023. While our calendars are getting filled up for January, we'll make sure to get filled with family time and Christmas treats. ??

This is the time to reset your batteries and set yourself up for the best start in the new year. Reflecting on the past year and making plans for the new year is the key to develop both your leadership skills and grow your business.

Founder's Diary

Dear All,

If you are a bit like me this time of year can be a real struggle! I’m built for the heat and long summer days but as I write it’s 6.06am, December 15th and it’s -7c(!) and lots of snow and ice outside. We’ve had train strikes, and seemingly endless bouts of sickness and the promise of Spring still seems a long way off. That said, we remain cautiously optimistic for 2023. The diary is full for January with lots of face-to-face meetings with CEOs, Founders and CFOs to talk about their plans and requirements for Q1. Despite the endless stream of doom and gloom in the news, there are still many businesses we are talking to that are flourishing, raising money, making acquisitions and building great organisations. 2023 is going to be a challenging one but we are confident we can make it a progressive year! I am very much looking forward to spending some quality time with the family, switching the laptop and email off and enjoying some festive food treats. See you all in January 2023 and have a fantastic Christmas.
