My clients have taken a much closer look at their health as a result of COVID-19. During the quarantine phase of COVID-19, many of my clients that experienced significant weight gain. I'm talking upwards of 40lbs. in less than a year! That's significant. They have been coming to me to help them get "back on track” and start taking better care of themselves. They are concerned regarding why this happened and what they need to do on a personalized basis to get back in good health or in shape.?
As we move forward, I've already begun to see a heightened interest in health. People are asking more questions and want to learn. Before, there was more resistance to learning new insights. Basically, people were comfortable following whatever their MD said, without looking at alternative medicine as even an option. Now, that the healthcare industry has been put front and center by the media, in a very public, and in highly critical political debates, I see a shift in people searching for answers outside of conventional medicine and re-evaluating their reliance on a single source for information regarding their health.?
