When I go to start then normally you are able to write a story.

What happens I see start and within less then a nanosecond

then I only see photo video and document write an aricle is for pulse.

Where is start then I miss a complete line the rest of the layout of the homepage is scrolled up.

Is it maintenance?

Where is publish?
