Have an extra holiday !

I am part of the team that operate Winford Manor Hotel near Bristol Airport. Every year, we see thousands of holiday-goers on their way to a well-deserved holiday.

In talking to them I have seen some very clear patterns.

Many families juggle jobs, mortgages, kids, house holding, and social lives on a pretty full on level. When the winter darkness loosens its grip on the year, they seek to escape the juggling by flying south.

Unfortunately going away contains its own stressors. Booking a hotel in an unknown destination arriving at the airport on time, dealing with airport parking, security lines and luggage handling.

The stress is following you, like the ball and chain shackle seen in black and white movies.

Our hotel has a large park and a gourmet chef. In talking to people in the bar, I have discovered that I am not just offering cheaper parking at the airport.

The real offer is an extra holiday, and a lowering of stress levels.

It is the opportunity to lower your pulse, breathe, and letting someone else take care of you. Feeding you, making your bed, and taking you to your travels on time.

The extra holiday becomes a transitioning to tranquillity and a week of proper relaxation.

I can only encourage you to create such a transition, whenever you switch mode in your life. Coming here is one way of doing it, but there are many others, just look for them.
