Have an attitude of gratitude
Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful and to express gratitude everyday not only this one special day.
Gratitude is a powerful process for shifting our energy and bringing more of what we want to do with life.
We need to be grateful for what we have, well trying to achieve what we want in life! We need to trust the process and have faith as sometimes the one thing that we wanted to happen in our life is the best thing that never happened.
When we let go of just trying to take care of ourselves, we start to do the right things and express gratitude. Life’s not about us, it’s about everyone contributing to world around us. That’s also why, when people are suffering it’s always because we are obsessing about ourselves. We usually are obsessing that something happened and now we have less.
All we need to do is stop expecting and start appreciating. If we going to wait until we think we are going to have something, we will never get to have something substantial in our life.
There’s something inside the human psyche that when we do what’s right and we get out of ourselves there’s something that energize us.
So in summary it’s a long way of saying, when we think we have nothing that is when we need to express gratitude and help others.
