Haunted Comfort
With the spooky season around, Netflix’s 28 Days Haunted (2022) is a treat. Three teams spend 28 days in some of America's scariest spots. They conduct paranormal tests based on the Warrens' research to learn more about the nature of haunted locations.
As I browsed a handful of reviews to validate my goosebumps, articles claim that it has failed to impress fans of the horror and paranormal genres, appealing more to comedy fans. The six-part series allegedly explores haunted locations, but everything about it seems fake.
I couldn’t care less. That is not how I view the show, in my opinion. What matters to me is that the teams were there, going out of their comfort zone, to help set spirits free, clear negative energy and help ghosts cross over. They learned a lot and evolved into new versions of themselves as a result.

According to study, by venturing outside of our comfort zone and undertaking activities that cause us to feel a healthy degree of anxiety, we can significantly improve our productivity, creativity, and capacity to deal with change.
