Hat's Off To The Welsh - Superb Effort

It's amazing how some can and some can't - or can't be bothered!! In business we all know that natural talent will never get you anywhere without desire, belief, commitment, positive attitude, an open mind and most importantly, good old hard work. I'm sure we all strive to be the best we can be and give 100%, especially when the going gets tough - we all saw what happens when we don't - Iceland beats you!!. The Wales footy lads attitude didn't surprise me at all. The amazing desire, belief and team spirit they showed during the tournament has been nothing short of magnificent and nearly a mirror image of what Leicester did in the Premier League last season. How do you get professional peers to buy into your philosophy and basically run through a brick wall for you? It's not easy but when you find someone who has that gift, I guarantee they will be leading the rest and hitting that wall first. England need a leader - a leader the players all respect and buy into. Only then will we see some semblance of success. In the meantime, massive respect to Chris 'Cooky' Coleman - who is a real leader - and every member of the Wales squad. You will all return home to a heroes welcome, which is fully deserved.
