"Hate speech" within a realm of political jeopardy
In this article we review new concepts of "Political Jeopardy" The dignity of each man is based on his many things. Many thoughts come into perspective when an insult is given such as telling one another to F*** off or F*** you, these terms fall under two different categories. The reason for such is based on human dignity, and respect shown not to cause "Harm".
I will explain the difference between intention to cause "Harm" and "Freedom of Speech".
This concept should be easily understood based on merit of "intention". When we formulate a statement, understand the notion of "Intention" versus "Perspective". In this context we can understand that some statements are based in various ways, and can be perceived in various ways. As such we need to break down the notion of "Intention".
Here is an example based on "Lacking situational awareness" versus "Intention to cause "harm".
Example One When we say in terms to "Screw Off" it is a very demeaning statement but it doesn't posses the intent to cause harm. When we say a statement such as "Screw You", it contains the intention to cause harm, as it is directed "Hate Speech" at another individual.
If this directed speech is to cause reputable damage it should be noted as a "Defamatory" or "Statement to cause harm" with intention of reputable damage. This is somewhat of a problem when interpreted under, various context but should be noted in this article as it brings rise to "Political Jeopardy" now being witnessed all across Canada. What started in Canada as "Freedom of Speech", ended as "Political Jeopardy" for it upends and degrades the true value of freedom of speech, as we lose the true nature within social order, on private property or not we need to limit hate speech.
In Canada writing "F*** anyone" on flag that is publicly displayed with an intention to cause harm should be a crime in. Just as President Trump Calls our prime minister a "Loser" he should be brought before congress for his continuation of this "Hate Speech" as its intentional involvement in "reputable damages" and "intentional political jeopardy" to undermine "Canadian Markets" to cause social and economic damage
