HATE AT THE PLACE OF WORK

Hate is a feeling of dislike for someone. On several occasions workmates develop hate amongst themselves due to various reasons. Whether you hate or love a person, you still remain as you and the other person as her or him. Hatred won't make you become one neither love will. But for the purposes of harmonious living and wishing peace amongst ourselves, we decide to love and cooperate. And the fact is that you can't be successful without the other.?

Some of us hate people because of minor personal reasons; Among? Which are;

1.????? Because your fellow workmate is excelling in whichever he/she does in life; he has a good house and family, he has hardware, he has a good motorcycle/car, she has a good running clinic, he owns a reputable medical center etc, you look at yourself having nothing. Has he held your money? Has he held your hands? Has he held your brain? Instead of asking how someone goes about with his/her nice progress so that you can copy from, you instead plan hell for them. You start hating them with envy and ill heartedness. This is wrong. Some of us even create words as "that person brags" even when he does not... You just have a bad heart for him/her because of his/her good progress. Please Change!

2.????? Because someone has been given a file to investigate you, then you start talking ill of them. This happens most to leaders and managers. Even when that person's client comes at the work station/office in his absence, you show rudeness," Look for him or her". Instead of working together, you are always in isolation because you don't want to sit with people who have nothing to you, Change!

3.????? Because someone's deployment is fair with better remuneration, you then become envious and restless, just because someone is doing better than you at the work place. Even when such a person is sick, you never mind. All you say is, "He has money... he thinks he can't get sick"...Really? A workmate can be helpful to you in many ways. Please Change and relate well with workmates at workplaces.?

4.????? You talk ill of your workmate in the community to a level that the community hates him/her just because of your rumor. People know only bad things about you just because someone is ever spoiling and blackmailing you. Can we respect our workmates' dignity? Please, Be good to all your workmates.??

5.????? Training and expertise: I hear people say, "That man or Woman lacks training, he or she didn't do this and that? he has only one course, he/she is just a certificate holder and therefore knows nothing. Why all that? But you are both earning. "She has been taken to the management position and yet she knows nothing", really? Why do we spend time for all these? Learn to acknowledge others and give them the chance to work and get trained on job if you who could have helped, can't because of jealousy. Members, please be good to your workmates.?

6.????? Promotion: Promotions are not decided by the promoted, they are from the management/ council's decision. But someone's promotion gives some of your sleepless nights. "How can you promote that underqualified/inexperienced man and leave me here unpromoted"? This is bad. Just know that it is not your turn. When your time comes, you can as well, get promoted. Let's Give respect when due and acknowledge the good progress of our workmates. Observe the public standing orders and Be good to your workmates.?

7.????? Sometimes, I have seen that managers/officers can also cause problems in their places of work. A situation where?a boss has people he or she considers for good things leaving out others. This causes unfairness and indiscipline among workers at the work places. Managers, please be good to all your workers/subordinates.?

8.????? Because your workmate has a caring husband or wife or partner ...Their Family is peaceful and yours is not, hatred starts... You transfer this nonsense at work. Are you in your senses really? I have seen this happening many times. Am saying No! Please be good to your workmates.?

9.????? Your workmate is sleeping in a good self-owned flat and you are in a rental. Then you begin envying and hating your workmate, please love one another. Wish good for others, they will also wish good for you in return.

What am I saying?

1.????? Whether you hate or love,?you joined the world of work with a purpose, if you waste time gossiping and hating those progressing, you will retire with nothing. Be good to your workmates?

2.????? Love and befriend those progressing successfully because, they have the knowledge to share with you on how you can also use the little resources you have so as to build yourself.

3.????? Hating your fellow does not hurt him or her, it instead, hurts you who is always praying ill for them because you don't give yourself peace. Do not hate others. Be good to your workmates?

4.????? When you work as a team, you develop as a team, though individually. The knowledge you get from the good people you associate with is later used when you are out of service. Please be good to people while in service?

5.????? Don't wait to embark on progress after retirement because you are not sure if you will get your? benefits in time or even miss them out. Remain good to everyone and keep working hard while wishing good for others. You will be a successful person?
