Hastelloy Pipeline
Hastelloy is a kind of nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy, mainly divided into nickel-chromium alloy and nickel-chromium molybdenum alloy two categories. Hastelloy alloy has good corrosion resistance and thermal stability, and is mostly used in aviation and chemical fields.
The main grades are Hastelloy C-276, Hastelloy C22, Hastelloy C-4, Hastelloy C-2000, Hastelloy B-2, Hastelloy B-2, Hastelloy G-30, etc.
HASTELLOY B-2 Nickel-molybdenum alloy, excellent corrosion resistance in reducing environments HASTELLOY B-3 B-2 Upgrade has excellent corrosion resistance to hydrochloric acid at any temperature and concentration.
HASTELLOY C-4 has good thermal stability, good toughness and corrosion resistance at 650-1040 degrees Celsius.
HASTELLOY C-22 has better uniform corrosion resistance than C-4 and C-276 in oxidizing media, and excellent local corrosion resistance HASTELLOY C-276 has better resistance to oxidizing and medium reducing corrosion, and excellent stress corrosion resistance. HASTELLOY C-2000 is the most comprehensive corrosion resistant alloy with excellent uniform corrosion resistance in both oxidation and reduction environments.
HASTELLOY G-35 G-30 upgrades for better corrosion resistance and thermal stability Excellent HASTELLOY G-30 high chromium nickel base alloy, excellent performance in phosphoric acid and other strong oxidizing mixed acid media.
HASTELLOY X is a combination of high strength, oxidation resistance and easy processing characteristics Each of the above grades has a specific chemical composition, mechanical properties, each has its own strengths, can not be said what the Hastelloy alloy has.
Application
Hastelloy plates are suitable for various chemical industries containing oxidizing and reducing media. The high content of molybdenum and chromium make the alloy resistant to chloride ion corrosion, and the tungsten element further improves the corrosion resistance. At the same time, C-276 Hastelloy tube is one of the only several materials resistant to the corrosion of humid chlorine gas, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solutions, and has significant corrosion resistance to high concentrations of chloride salt solutions such as ferric chloride and copper chloride.
