Hasrath S P - I am Hasrath, I find myself profoundly impacted by my association with TQI, a pivotal chapter that has shaped both my personal and career trajectory. Originating from my tenure at Pavaai Engineering College, where I pursued a degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, my introduction to TQI stemmed from a senior's recommendation, leading me to embark on a transformative path of self-discovery and professional development.

The year 2021 marked the commencement of my journey with TQI, a time coinciding with a global lockdown. Despite initial reservations, I seized the opportunity presented, recognizing the importance of leveraging all available avenues for growth during challenging times. A phone interview marked my formal entry into the organization, igniting a series of meaningful experiences that would profoundly influence my perspective.

One such impactful moment was orchestrating an event on International Girl Child Day, where I curated an online webinar featuring a distinguished female lawyer. The success of this endeavour not only underscored the significance of amplifying voices but also instilled in me a sense of accomplishment in contributing to societal dialogue and empowerment.

Further enhancing my engagement with TQI was my role as a volunteer Tamil tutor for 8th-grade students. Witnessing the enthusiasm and receptiveness of the students to my teachings served as a poignant reminder of the transformative power of education and mentorship, transcending virtual barriers to foster genuine connections and intellectual growth.

Amidst moments of triumph, I encountered challenges that tested my resilience, notably my persistent efforts to engage with the headmaster of a school. This experience imparted invaluable lessons in perseverance and resilience, underscoring the importance of unwavering commitment in the face of adversity.

TQI transcended its organizational framework, emerging as a pillar of support during trying times. When faced with familial adversity and financial constraints due to my father's illness, the compassionate support extended by the TQI community, served as a beacon of hope amidst uncertainty.

Furthermore, TQI provided a platform for personal growth, facilitating the gradual overcoming of my stage fright. Through interactions with students and fellow volunteers, I found the courage to share my narrative authentically, realizing the transformative potential of vulnerability and authentic self-expression.

A highlight of my journey with TQI was witnessing the ripple effect of positive change. Inspired by my experiences, I advocated for TQI's integration into my alma mater, facilitating summit classes and fostering a culture of non-judgmental listening and mutual learning.
