Has Travel's Most Overlooked Area Has Finally Come of Age?
Is this the time now? It feels like deja vu, every year seems to be the year of tours & activities. Facts and reality are that this is still very much an in-destination game and as such you need to:
- Make it mobile first
- Instant confirmation when a purchase has been done (and instant delivery of the ticket)
- Smart phone tickets -. no pdf vouchers to print
- Sell the products that people want, i.e. not the expensive guided tours to the Eiffel Tower, but the normal entry ticket = high volumes, but lower margins
