On Monday?Similarweb released some interesting insights, one data point showed how Threads' daily active users had dropped from 49 million to 23.6 million in a week.
Mark Zuckerberg came back?by saying that Threads is seeing, 'tens of millions?of people return to the app daily'.
My take: It's very early days for Threads & it's usual for new social platforms to have huge initial hype. However, if Threads wants to compete with Twitter, they need to evolve the platform's features to provide a compelling reason to spend time there (which they don't currently have).

- I enjoyed watching?this guy share his equipment setup?to work anywhere in the world remotely.
- July has been a pretty crazy month for winning new business. Speaking to other Agency owners it's clear that we're in a tough market right now & after a more challenging couple of months it's nice to hit some pretty wild new business numbers in July. We put a lot of focus into shaking up our strategy & it seems to be paying off! If you're struggling to generate new business right now, I highly recommend revisiting your strategy. The simplest starting point...look at how you spend your marketing time/resource & cut out the things that aren't generating a return & do more of the things that are. Super basic but it's a good place to start!
- So proud of the team after?Cameo Apples signed up to work with us for the 5th year in a row!

Is it just me that gets put off by automated LinkedIn messages? Maybe I’m too sensitive. Here are some of the giveaways...
? Sharing what you do if I haven’t asked
? Nothing truly personal to me
? The message includes a URL
? “I’m looking to grow my network”
? “I saw we have similar interests”
? “I’m looking to connect with like-minded...”
? “Your profile caught my eye”
? The message includes “synergy”
? The message includes “mutually beneficial”
Wow, reading this back I sound like a right grumpy fart.
Oh well, maybe this helps someone.
What grinds your gears on LinkedIn?

1 年It lasted a week. Not opened it since. Mind I barely use social now for personal life. I am back to living life and see no need to tell a world that isn't interested about what I do. I'm feeling socials are dying out
