Has Sony Got its Groove Back?

Back when I was in school, Sony products were looked at much like Apple's are today: the epitome of cutting edge consumer technology. For both of us, that was awhile ago.
Yet Sony is starting to get its groove back. Its recent camera technology has been an award winning tour de force, and now there is a television where the characters talk through the screen -- the TV glass itself is the speaker!
The Sony XBR-A1E Bravia 4K pioneers two TV technologies: an OLED (organic light-emitting diodes) display, which has so far only been used on small screens like the Apple Watch, for more vivid colour while using less energy.
And the screen doubles as a speaker. Some clever engineer realized that by vibrating the glass display itself, Sony would be able to offer the "perfect unification of picture and sound unattainable by conventional TVs."
Now that's cool.
