To begin with WOW It has been a year since I joined JT. And it looks as though I joined a few months ago. It has been an interesting and great learning experience so far. In the initial stages, I found it a little difficult to understand the process around here. But my seniors as well as my manager guided me entirely at every stage. Even the pettiest of the doubt I asked them was never laughed at. That was the work culture that I greatly admire here. They made sure I have a comfortable work atmosphere throughout. Back then it was a small group of around ten to fifteen of us on the content team. Right now, the team has grown up in size. I see a lot of fresh graduates joining the team. I am happy to guide them in the best possible manner wherever I can. And I am able to contribute to this organization that stands strong with the pillars of honor, collaboration, excellence, and joy.
