Harvest Time Or Sowing O'clock?

One of the greatest disservices we can do to ourselves is being oblivious of the seasons we're in. Are you exhausted and discouraged? The truth of where we are must always be known and the principles of our safeties in those seasons be internalised.

Many of us know that successes of a group of playmates vary in season, yet, internalising and living out this truth often does not come easily. What we must never fail to do is identify the season we are in and keep doing all that is divinely required for our seasons.

If yours requires you to keep sowing— time, resources and even goodwill, then, by all means, keep at it. But if all you do is wait for harvest because a certain friend of yours is in his/her season of harvest, then the wait may last for a long, long time.

Here is what the scriptures says: "For as long as Earth lasts, planting and harvest...will never cease". When your season requires you to invest in books, professional training/certifications or other personal developmental activities, do not imitate those who are using their harvest to sponsor a luxury lifestyle.

In your sowing season, how and what are you sowing? Are you sowing with focus or getting distracted by those harvesting? Are you holding back your seeds because of unfavourable factors? Isaac was said to have sowed in draughts, and he did reap in that same year a hundred-fold.

And in your harvest season, how well are you managing your harvest? Are you setting aside your seeds or everything is being frittered?
