HARVARD UNIVERSITY LEADERS OF LEARNING...!

Completed Harvard University HarvardX's GSE2 Leaders of Learning Course within the week. I started the course on May 17th and received my certificate of completion February 20th, 2017. I was awarded a Final Score of 100% (the course pass mark is 60%).

Under the context of the Leaders of Learning, framework, we examined the four Theory of Learning Quadrants as postulated by Richard Elmore Gregory R. Anrig Research Professor of Educational Leadership Harvard University.

During the course of my final assignment on 'My Ideal Learning Environment' I arrived at and devised at what I called: The Theories of Learning Cycle (TOLC) which, made up of the four Theory of Learning Quadrants (Hierarchical Collective, Hierarchical Individual, Distributed Collective and Distributed Individual), examines how a person moves full circle from one theory of learning to the other in the stated order in the process of advancing from a novice to a master of a subject.
