Included in this edition:?
As we enter the second half of year, I find it hard to understand how we are already in July and planning for the 2025 year ahead.
Time certainly has flown by this year. 2024 is shaping up to be a year full of change. In the UK we have a new Labour government and that means a lot of our clients across the charity and membership sectors will be looking to establish new relationships and influence policy for their stakeholders. Managing this level of change brings both opportunities and challenges, mostly managing time and resources. As always, myself and the Hart Square Team are here to support you.
For anyone looking to embark on a new project and keen to understand the key roles they need on their project, you will want to watch a recording of our most recent webinar, Leading your project team to success: Key roles for your digital project. Our experienced change consultant, Jason Marshall, provides valuable insight on setting your project up to succeed by ensuring you have the right roles available to support you project. You can view the recording here.
We continue to work on our webinar series and are adding events all the time based on feedback from clients and members of the sector.?Please see all our upcoming events here.
