The Harsh Truth About Life (How to Win for Real)
You must do this…
Nope, you have to do that…
F*ck it!
For once in the history of the Internet let’s be honest about all the small things that productivity gurus teach us online.
CONSISTENCY IS KEY BUT CAN DESTROY YOUR AUTHORITY
“Consistency is key” you hear this a lot nowadays.
“You need to post daily to be on top!”
“If you miss one day, it’s over my friend, you’re screwed!”
“POST, POST, POST!”
Calm down, take a deep breath. Are you ok?
Now we’re talking.
YES — if you post daily you will have a bigger engagement.
BUT it doesn’t mean you have to post sh*tty things to make a post per day!
Now you’re thinking:
“HOW TO POST DAILY WITHOUT FEELING OVERWHELMED?”
PLAN YOUR CONTENT FOR A WHOLE WEEK
Let’s pretend you have this content strategy:
For the whole week, you have to create:
Write your newsletter for the upcoming week.
Now from this newsletter, you will extract posts for your social media — tweets, threads, install carousels, single posts, reels, and TikTok even shorts for YouTube.
Now set a camera, press REC, and use that newsletter as a script for your YouTube Channel.
See? It’s not enough to post content.
You must make it valuable for the reader.
Ask yourself — does this help anyone?
YOU CAN’T STOP YOUR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS!
You can’t. You just can’t.
Neither meditation nor discipline could make negative thoughts disappear.
BUT — they are crucial for your?growth.
If you never tasted a good coffee, how could you tell if this is a bad one?
How could you say you’re happy if you were never sad?
We need to see the bad and harsh parts of life to be grateful for the good times and appreciate them more.
Hard moments make you grow.
Getting out of your comfort zone makes you grow.
Doing things that you don’t like makes you grow.
Why? How?
Because you THINK — you start to think DIFFERENT.
You start to ACT DIFFERENT!
“I don’t like this — when I will get over it I will enjoy life more.”
“This is s*it! I don’t want this to happen to my wife or my kids.”
Problems come and go. You can’t stop them but you can choose your reaction.
How to overcome them?
By accepting the situation — negative thoughts and problems will always be there, so use perspective to see them as opportunities.
You can’t stop them. So instead of keep crying about how hard this is, start becoming a better solver.
This is also the base of any business:
FIND A PROBLEM → MAKE MONEY BY SOLVING?IT
Turn negative thoughts into growth.
How??
P E R S P E C T I V?E
Each day is a fresh start, so you have to keep moving.
NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ARE THERE — SO?WHAT?
I will choose to react with positivity.
I will find something to learn from them.
I will grow because of this experience.
I will be stronger after I overcome the situation.

TO-DO LIST CAN F*CK YOUR PRODUCTIVITY
“My to-do list is written on 2 pages. I have a billion tasks to do…”
Sound familiar?
When you have a lot to do, creating a to-do list can help, but it can also be overwhelming.
A long list can cause you to lose sight of the big picture and spend more time organizing than working.
Simplify Your To-Do List
To avoid the negative effects of a long to-do list, simplify it by breaking tasks into smaller, manageable chunks.
Use the Eisenhower Matrix to prioritize tasks by importance and urgency.
Focus on the most important tasks to make progress toward your goals.
Learn to Say No
Yeah, it’s hard, but it’s key to avoiding burnout and staying productive.
I will skip this for a moment; Today I have to say no to that; Let’s do this another time — Be nice!
Say no to tasks that are not essential or that can be delegated to someone else.
When you have a lot to do, prioritize your time and focus on the most important tasks.
To-do lists can increase productivity, but can also f*ck it if you have a heavy workload.
Simplify your list and focus on the most important tasks to avoid getting bogged down in the details.
My way of doing it
3 MUST — 5 HAVE — REST WHEN TIME
? 3 MUST — yourself, family, health, working out, having a healthy
diet, etc.
? 5 HAVE — your side hustle, your business, meetings, calls, etc
? REST — relax, watch a movie
PERFECTIONISM = PROCRASTINATION
Perfectionism is often viewed as a positive quality — by the way, this is what the Internet is teaching us… But perfectionism has a dark side and it’s called clinical perfectionism — this could harm your performance, your well-being, and even your mental health.
Clinical Perfectionism = immense pressure on ourselves to meet extremely high standards which are unattainable most of the time.
The bad news is this is usually a LOOP.?
Yeah, a loop based on the way of thinking, feelings, and behavior.
Their thinking is based on “all of nothing” or “catastrophic thinking” + underestimation.
They are too self-critical with their work which leads to feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, guilt, and doubt.
They tend to avoid making decisions, giving up too soon and of course mother of procrastination they tend to delay starting things.
How to break this sh*tty anxious loop?
HABITS CAN F*CK YOUR PRODUCTIVITY TOO
Habits can be powerful tools for success, but they can also f*ck your productivity if they’re not the right habits.

“The chains of habit are too weak to be felt until they are too strong to be broken.”– Samuel Johnson
It is ok to try no habits, this is the only way you can find those who stick.
It’s also important to feel if one of the habits that you try, works or not for you.
My morning routine:
I can do this routine 99% of the day.?
There is also that 1% when something intervenes and I usually move the workout and stretching to the evening.
If you don’t have the same morning as Elon Musk it doesn’t mean that you will never obtain his results.
That guy doesn’t eat his breakfast most of the time, maybe you couldn’t skip it. Maybe you like to read a few pages or you like to take an hour’s walk and then start to work.?
Habits → Routines → Systems → Life Style
If one of the habits makes you struggle to do any of them you will feel overwhelmed and stressed because you can’t keep doing it daily.
Overwhelm + Stress = Procrastination
Remember, your lifestyle is the result of habits.
HOW TO?WIN?
BE PRESENT
One of the greatest problems that today’s world have is “BEING IN A RUSH”
We want everything to be done fast.
Stop doing these mistake:
live fast = die?fast
Don’t rush things — take one at a time. Let life take its course.
Let God pick up the thing and the way.
Have faith, everything you want is coming
This doesn’t mean that from now on you will stay in bed doing nothing for the rest of your life because “everything you want will come by itself” — you still have to work!
Millionaire in your 20s.
Life isn’t just about making that $1M — yeah I want it too and I guess you want it too as well, but let’s not forget about our families, and friends, enjoying a good laugh, making memories, and having fun.
Don’t let the youth and joy of life pass you because of money.
When you work, work — when you play, play.
It’s very normal to think about the future — but don’t worry about it too much.
You’ll become anxious and overwhelmed and that present day is just full of stress and sh*tty negative thoughts which equals A LOST DAY.
Plan your future but live in the present.
Schedule your tomorrow, but don’t let this day go by.
CHANGE YOUR PERSPECTIVE
Changing your perspective can have a profound impact on your life.
Here are some reasons why:

6. Reassess Regularly
Priorities can change over time, so it’s important to reassess them regularly.
Make adjustments as needed to ensure that you’re still focusing on what matters most.
“You have to decide what your highest priorities are and have the courage — pleasantly, smilingly, non-apologetically — to say ‘no’ to other things. And the way you do that is by having a bigger ‘yes’ burning inside.” — Stephen Covey
Stephen Covey reminds us to have the courage to say “no” to things that don’t align with our priorities and focus on the bigger “yes” burning inside us.
We need hard work and a simple life.
Let’s not complicate what already is.
Always choose quality over quantity, try to turn your problems into opportunities, use prioritization when you write your to-do list, embrace failure and learn from it, be present 100% and do one thing at a time and for God’s sake, life is so beautiful, be grateful about that — enjoy!
