HARRON REPORT: I will tell you what I do. What I do is I am a business broker and restaurant broker specialist. I help sellers of restaurants with the entire process of selling their business all the way from helping them establish a value/selling price to meeting with banks, landlords, buyers and other brokers. I am a marketing expert as part of my craft, a people expert as part of my craft, a purchase contract and lease expert, a due diligence expert with due diligence being all of the things that have to get done prior to the actual sale and including lots of little things and many big things. I am highly educated and experienced in the restaurant business, the real estate business and the business of business brokerage. I am a risk taker because no one pays me a salary and I work on commission so if nothing sells I do not get paid. I do what I do really well. I win awards and make friends with buyers and sellers.
