HARRON REPORT: I am hoping to sell at least one pizza place this week. We have three for sale and they are priced at $175,000, $150,000 and $119,000. #1 has sales close to $1,000,000 and very respectable cash flow. #2 has what we call "tons of upside potential. #3 used to do over $1,000,000 in sales and had cash flow over $200,000 when I sold it a few years ago. My favorite is the $175,000 pizza restaurant which is full service with liquor license and great location in downtown Phoenix. I bet that the right operatore could get the sales close to $2,000,000. Pizza should be a very profitable enterprise. My favorite pizza deal that I was ever involved in is located in CA, 110 seats, sales over $2,000,000 and cash flow in excess of $500,000.
