HARRON REPORT: Have clients, will look. Have a chef and then a restaurant owner looking for vacated restaurants that have class 1 hoods, grease traps and other restaurants infrastructure in place. Scottsdale Chef is looking for 1200 sf and the other is looking for something up to 3,000 sf in the Prescott area. So the search is on. I have found a couple of things but want more. Looking at our website, bizbuysell.com, Loopnet and CoStar along with competitors websites. Not much out there yet but wait 30 days when the virus impact on the restaurant business begins to show its teeth on the small, independent end of the business. Bad time for many. But will be great time for others who want to get into the restaurant business.
