This will leave you with an estimated number for your client’s daily caloric needs. However, keep in mind that this number is just an estimate and should be used as a guideline, not a rule. You should work with each client to make sure their nutritional needs and health goals are being met, but you may need to increase or decrease this number depending on how they feel.
