HARRIS ASSOCIATES STRENGTHENS THEIR COMMERCIAL TEAM
Harris Associates strengthens their commercial team with the return of Associate Chartered Surveyor, Ben Stewart. Ben re-joined the team after spending a year gaining a variety of further commercial expertise at an international, commercially focused consultancy. Ben is a qualified Chartered Building Surveyor with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and his expertise in a broad spectrum of building surveying services, spans the commercial, industrial, and high-end residential sectors.
Having previously worked for a global multi-disciplinary company and other medium-sized consultancies in central London, Ben first worked for Harris Associates from 2018-2022. Last year he expanded his experience in the commercial, hotel, industrial and logistics sectors at another consultancy before returning to Harris Associates in May 2023.
Ben said?“I’m delighted to return to Harris Associates with new and varied expertise. The team has grown a lot, but it already feels like I’ve always been here and I’m looking forward to advising our commercial clients and supporting them with all their property needs”
Ben now leads the commercial project and consultancy service offering at Harris Associates and is focused on providing specialist advice to investors, developers, landlords and occupiers throughout the UK.
