TIPS TO IMPROVE MANAGERS 'FOCUS
Remove the annoyances
Remove everything from your field of vision that can distract you. Put your phone away if it's yours. Close any unneeded tabs that you may have open. The fewer distractions you have, the easier it will be to concentrate on your work.
Take frequent active breaks
Allowing your body to relax for a few minutes during activities that require more concentration increases productivity. This will allow you to approach the task with new eyes.
Establish time constraints
Utilize your calendar. Schedule time for in-depth work, time without the phone, and no appointments.
The number of meetings should be reduced
Encourage your team and coworkers to reconsider whether a meeting is truly necessary for in-depth collaboration or if another option exists.
