9 个月Very good article. Leaders go through various stages of company growth and failures, and he/she must ensure the team should not be impacted directly. Times of crisis are the proving grounds for leaders, demanding more than just strategic thinking or technical expertise. Which means, when all surrounding situations are becoming helpless and uncontrollable due to the role you play as a Leader, your responsibility with respect to reactions and responses further grow to safeguard the employees and as well company policies and priorities. Lot of times, Leaders do feel alone and face high stressful environments/situations. It will be a great learning experience by watching, observing, balanced responses/reactions and experience for You as a Leader and as well will be a good experience for the people who are relentlessly working for you and company.
