This not only optimized our warehouse space but is also starting to impact operational costs.

Additionally, AI has begun to improve our production processes. Complete satisfaction with Modern Plastics through a clearly defined and measure objective with our ISO and Quality internal processes, high accuracy in our fulfillment, shipment of materials and parts and speed in which we can processes those orders for our customers. Measuring and understanding our KPI's through AI also continues to identify problem areas and focus on improvements.

We will spend more time on value-added features for our customers and less on mundane tasks.

With barcoded material traceability of all materials and products it assures customers that there are solid quality procedures in place that virtually eliminate issues and provides "peace of mind" especially where our products are used for extremely critical applications where various plastic materials are implanted in the human body or on a United States Nuclear Submarine, for example.

With a full-time Q.C. Director, multiple inspectors and multiple sign-offs prior to shipping customers can be assured we are meeting their precise specific instructions, exact material callouts and adherence to their prints in producing fabricated and machined parts.

Additionally, our 20-year records retention along with written certifications with shipments are once again added into our service package often allowing for "dock to stock" whereby Modern Plastics quality track record has proven itself over time and our products bypass incoming inspection at the customer and instead is delivered right to the manufacturing floor thus speeding up the production process for our customers.
