  2. Self-management & Resilience: The ability to control or redirect disruptive emotions and impulses and adapt to changing circumstances.
  3. Social awareness: The capacity to understand the emotions and needs of others, creating strong relationships.
  4. Relationship management: The ability to inspire, influence, and develop others while managing conflict effectively.

  3. Manage Stress: Develop healthy tools to manage stress in challenging environments, maintain your composure as well as learning how to overcome and transform it. Learning how to manage your stress in an inspiring way will ensure it doesn't manage you.
  4. Invest in Continuous Learning: Commit to ongoing personal and professional development. Attend workshops, read books, and engage in coaching or mentoring relationships to continually enhance your emotional intelligence and ensure your emotions and reactions are being neutralized and not getting the best of you.
