One of the biggest mistakes business professionals can make when using ChatGPT is treating its responses as infallible or not applying critical thinking to the information provided. While ChatGPT (and other LLMs) can generate accurate and insightful answers, it's important to remember that it doesn't have access to real-time data, and its training includes knowledge only up to a certain point in time.
