By automating time-consuming tasks like generating email content and providing real-time sales insights, Copilot allows sales teams to focus on building relationships and closing deals.

Real-World Applications and Success Stories

Throughout the webinar, several real-world applications and success stories were shared. For instance, Peblar, a company installing vehicle charging solutions across the EU, uses Dynamics to improve customer collaboration. The Royal Dutch Swimming Association leverages machine learning to optimize communication with members and sponsors, demonstrating the versatility and impact of these technologies.
