Harmony Stir-Fry
A dish that brings together a symphony of flavors, colors, and textures.
Ingredients:
1 pound of boneless chicken thighs, sliced
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 yellow bell pepper, julienned
1 cup of sugar snap peas, trimmed
1 cup of broccoli florets
1 carrot, sliced thinly
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon of chili paste (optional, for some heat)
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Cooked rice or noodles (of your choice)
Instructions:
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, giving it a quick stir until fragrant.
Add the sliced chicken thighs to the skillet and stir-fry until cooked through and lightly browned. Set aside.
In the same skillet, add the julienned bell peppers, sugar snap peas, broccoli florets, and carrot. Stir-fry for a few minutes until they are tender-crisp.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili paste (if desired). Pour the sauce over the stir-fry vegetables, tossing everything together until well-coated.
Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and give it a final stir to combine all the ingredients. Cook for another minute or two until everything is heated through.
Serve the Harmony Stir-Fry over a bed of steamed rice or noodles of your choice. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro for an extra burst of flavor.
