This one makes me want to interpret it in pieces or parts. The houses against a ledge are a happy place, warm and cheerily embraced at the edge of the mountains. Which to me are a “mother-force” of the bosom of Mother Earth. The giant trees are in the ravine valley below, sheltering the village above. The perspective is from below which conveys separation and maybe a longing for… Though there was growth, and likely many years, the hillside village was their happy place.
