THE HARMONY OF LIFE
BY Peter Collins
You are never alone in this world and never can be,
For God personally made your world that way.
The same God that crafted all things by His mighty hand,
Knew you when you were just a twinkle in your father’s eye.
As the years moved on (sometimes far too quickly),
You’ve crossed paths with a lot of wonderful people.
Many have their left their everlasting mark with you,
But you’ve also left your unique mark on others as well.
Never forget that, and your world will always be a better place.
A world is made up of others experiencing what are.
So remember the human spirit was never designed for defeat.
But to see you through to victory with every challenge you face.
Even though you may feel lonely at times, you’re never alone.
In your weakness, you have reserves of strength to draw on.
In your sorrows, remember there is someone else worse off.
And in your good times, never forget to share things with others.
Every minute of every day, someone is thinking of you.
Without you knowing, someone is caring about you.
There’s always someone who wants to talk to you.
And I’ll even bet, there’s someone who misses you.
So why not return the compliment. Think of someone special.
Spend a few minutes thinking how much you care about them.
Then make a conscious effort to get in touch with them,
To tell them you miss them, and how much you care for them.
For every day, someone is praying for you. God ensures that.
Someone cares for you and wishes that you were there.
Someone is grateful for the support you have provided.
And someone is praising God for you, and the blessing you are.
Right now I’ll bet somebody is celebrating your successes.
Someone close to you trusts you’re not in trouble.
Someone is even hoping that everything turns out right.
And there’s even someone who wants you to be really happy.
Someone cares enough to have you constantly on their mind.
Someone values your advice almost as much as your friendship.
Someone wants to give you a gift you’ll really appreciate.
But on the other hand, someone thinks you are a special gift.
Someone treasures your spirit and admires your strength.
Someone wants to encourage you to reach all your goals.
Someone sees you as an achiever that will accomplish much.
And someone believes you have the potential to soar with eagles.
Someone wants to stay up watching old movies with you.
And someone wants to laugh with you all night long.
Then there’s that someone loves the way you make them feel.
And a special somebody wants to hold you in their arms.
Someone is thinking of all the happiness you brought them.
Someone just wants to hug you and hold you tight.
Someone wants to share your dreams with you.
And if you take time, you’ll see that someone really cares for you.
There’ll always be someone wants to kiss you and protect you.
Someone who loves you for who you are and can't wait to see you.
Someone who knows that you can be whatever you wish to be.
And someone who praises God for your friendship and love.
I’ll even bet there’s even a someone that wants to be with you.
A exceptional someone who wants to hold your hand.
Someone who would do anything for you (given the chance).
And I’ll bet that it’s someone’s desire just to make you happy.
Then if you’ve just found yourself alone again, don’t fret.
Someone is praying just as hard as you are for a soul mate.
Someone always cares enough for you to see you happy again.
There’s always someone who wants to meet someone just like you.
Sometimes, as we’re drawn into the hustle and bustle of life,
We forget life’s precious things are usually our friends.
Other times we neglect our friends for all the wrong reasons.
And in the process forget the little things that friendships bring.
Remember, you are never alone in this world and never can be,
For God personally made your world for your happiness.
The same God that crafted all things by His mighty hand,
Knew you when you were just a twinkle in your father’s eye.
Life’s friendships are meant to be forged to last forever.
They’re a special gift from God’s throne room to you.
Embrace your friendships, value and cherish them,
For so many of them can never be replaced. Nor should they be.
In John 6:37 of the Holy Bible we read, “All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, whoever comes to Me I will never drive away.” What a wonderful way of describing the way our almighty God Himself values friendships
