The model of HARISTO seems to be quite simple. We have one integrated marketing agency in every economically significant country. "We have", it means that we are bound by a contract standardizing the method of project implementation, the service quality standard, the method of communication/ agile/ project management, methods of internal settlements, and even the competences of persons responsible for customer care. These agencies are Partners.
There is also the Members level. A HARISTO member can be any specialist marketing company in one of the seven key competences: creation, communication (media), research and strategy, trade-marketing, PR & CSR, online (web, SEM / SEO / e-comm), social & influencers.
Members and Partners engage in multiple and structured interactions in commissions, orders, knowledge exchange and implementation of joint international projects. As a result, they create a dynamic and supportive community in which, on the one hand, everyone takes responsibility for themselves and their development, but on the other - everyone is interdependent. This is a new form of the market environment for the implementation of marketing services.
We as the Board of HARISTO Ltd - having a relatively small budget at our disposal, notice difficulties in achieving the "critical mass of the organization", that is, the number of Partners and Members that would allow for spontaneous occurrence of business interactions. That is why we decided to focus on specific projects in particularly prospective regions in the world: East Africa, the Gulf countries, the Middle East and Central Asia. The fourth project: "Internet instead of trade fairs" - is designed to support the resale from local distributors to their customers in individual countries with online activities (here the geographic scope is wider). If in the case of the first three projects we are looking for Partners to base the local development of HARISTO on, then in the case of the fourth project we are looking for Members with social / online marketing competences.
At the same time, we do not close ourselves to new opportunities for dynamic development, looking for:
- global brands, thanks to which we could activate Partners anywhere in the world where they are present;
- consulting companies that assist exporters with obtaining subsidies from governmental or EU sources;
- investors who would like to invest in the recruitment of Partners and Members, promotion, team and community management application at this stage.
At this point, HARISTO is on the eve of signing the first contracts with specific home & living companies to Qatar, cosmetics to Iran and construction / installation to Kenya. The team consists of four co-owners of a newly established British legal company.
In this way, quite slowly, over two years in total, the foundations for the future global model of the marketing market development environment are being created.
It is important that each of its participants is aware of achieving positive financial results on their own, ensuring the quality of the service and building a friendly vibes of cooperation. On the other hand, everybody knows that we are not alone, that we can count on the support of the global community, orders from other Members and Partners, implementation support (resources), offering (knowledge and portfolio). Customers, on the other hand, can be sure that such a diverse but well-ordered environment is able to provide modern services on a global level, but with close sensitivity to local conditions and at a good price.
