Lord Krishna is always said to be milk/butter stealer, but very few people know that he used to steal them for a reason. He used to steal all the butter and milk so that no one could transfer such pure things to evil Kansa's house. Everyone knows that Lord Krishna had 16k wives, but very few people know that why did he marry 16k women at once. He married them in order to protect them from a demon called Narakaasura (who had abducted all of them and made them slaves) and gave them position in the society.
Lord Krishna killed the evil demons like Putana (female demon), Kaliya (cobra), Kuvalaya (elephant), Dhenukasur, Bakasur, Chanurmalla, Keshi, Kansa etc in order to protect mankind. Even Kansa's father-in-law King Jarasandha got really scared after hearing about a little child defeating all the demons. By this way, Krishna has scared many evil rulers. Despite of defeating all the evil demons and surprising great emperors and kings, Lord Krishna never became a king. He was never interested to become a king. This proves that Lord Krishna was not only the seeker of worldly pleasures and luxuries but also a true spiritual saint who could renunciate everything in order to protect humanity and dharma (religion).
Lord Krishna was born to kill the cruel devil Kansa and protect the people who were terrified by his menace. He didn't kill Kansa in order to replace him and take over his kingdom. He never had this temptation. He could own and rule the Mathura but he never did that. Rather, he gave this responsibility to Ugrasen and made him the king of Mathura. Lord Krishna didn't only save humanity and help humans but served animals as well. His favorite animals were cows and he was their savior as well. He never discriminated anyone on the basis of anything.
No one can bring back the dead form Yamaraja. Lord Krishna went to the Yamlok and brought back the dead son of his Guru. He paid Guru Dakshina to Sage Sandipani. Radha and Krishna are a fondly known pair in the Indian History, not often associated with terms such as ‘???? ?????’ and many more but the actual matter of fact is that books and writings on the life of Lord Krishna such as Bhagavad Gita, Harivansham, etc do not contain any proof of the existence of Radha. In fact, if we consider the existence of Radha true, as in some of the stories, the myth lies that Lord Krishna had left Gokul at the age of 9 and Radha is associated with Gokul only.
Krishna was the first person who told Karna about the secret of his birth. It is believed that there were a number of curses that contributed to the death of Lord Krishna. Some of the curses include Gandhari’s curse on Krishna, which was that he and his clan will vanish in 36 years. Whereas, Sage Durvasa, cursed Lord Krishna when he was enraged of the fact that Krishna did not apply Kheer on his feet. Sage Durvasa cursed Lord Krishna saying he will die by his foot.

In the earlier avatar, Lord Rama killed Bali, and he assured Tara (Bali’s widow) that Bali would be able to take revenge in his next birth. Bali was reborn as Jara, and he ended the life of Krishna on earth with a simple arrow. Despite being portrayed in the scriptures and ancient paintings as blue in color, Lord Krishna was dark, though due to his magnetic aura which had blue hues, he was depicted and mentioned as a god with blue skin. When Krishna narrated the Bhagavad Gita, it was not just Arjuna who heard it; Hanuman and Sanjaya also heard the story. Throughout the battle of Kurukshetra, Hanuman was on the top of Arjuna’s chariot, and Veda Vyasa blessed Sanjaya with a divine vision so that he can narrate the events of battle to Dhritarashtra.
The Buddhist Jataka tales also have the mention of Lord Krishna. In the Vaibhav Jataka, he is described as the prince and legendary figure in India who beheads his evil uncle Kansa and kill all the kings to rule over Jambudvipa (India). One gopi was working in the field. There was a pile of cow dung, which she needed to move, when Sri Krishna came and stood there. Gopi said, “Oh Shyam! Help me out. Do one thing, just fill basket of gobar and give it to me.” Sri Krishna said, “You know, I am not in the mood…Gopi said, “Look, I will give you balls of butter!” Sri Krishna ran immediately and said, “Really, butter for work! Okay!”He started to fill it up. He lifted and gave it to the gopi. Gopi said , “See, you have to fill the whole pile and give it to me.
If you fill one basket, there is one ball of butter for you!” Sri Krishna said, “Okay! You got a deal there!” He started filling and handing over the basket. But after sometime he forgot his count. Sri Krishna said, “Look, I can't keep track!”Gopi said, “See I have to give butter according to basket. So let's convert your cheek into an account book! Everytime you hand the basket, I will stick one bindi of gobar in your face. After you hand all the gobar, I will count the bindi in your face.” He again continued his work. His left cheek was filled with cow dung, and so did the right. His forehead too was filled with gobar.
Now Sri Krishna said, “Look it's really been a hard work. I have toiled it out, now give me the butter!” Sri Krishna said, “You are brilliant!” Gopi said, “What butter?” Sri Krishna said, “What butter? It was our contract, how much I will fill the basket, you will give me that much balls of butter!” Gopi said, “Yes, I remember. Butter is not here, it is at home. Come!”She is walking with Sri Krishna, and is happy due to closeness with Sri Krishna. They reached home, where one sakhi was present. Sakhi laughed pointing towards Sri Krishna and said, “What have you done to him!” They both burst into laughing. Sri krishna said, “What's wrong? Why are you laughing?”
Gopi said, “Go and look at the mirror!” Sri Krishna saw the mirror and said, “Oh my! What have you done?” He immediately wiped his face and said, “Alright, now! Enough is enough. Give me my butter!” Gopi said, “What butter?” Sri Krishna said, “You keep forgetting! Our deal was, as many baskets I lift, that much butter I get!” Gopi said, “Look, our deal was you get balls of butter according to bindi in your face. You have wiped all the gobar from your face. You will get nothing!” Sri Krishna was about to cry. His chin and lip was trembling, and his eyes were full of tears, when the gopi said, “Okay alright, Don't cry! Take as much butter as you want.” Jay Shri Krishna
