HARDCORE vs HEARTCORE
Siegfried Andersen
Inspire and evolve tomorrow's leaders as a tribute to life and joy.
What kind of boss do you prefer to be/have?
HARDCORE or HEARTCORE?
The fascinating thing is, in theory, you prefer the latter. But when you get promoted, you act like the first, just to be sure—extremely energetic, highly intelligent, and a little bit cynic. Things have to be done – take it or leave it!
Have you got it?
It is like choosing where to live with your little family, spouse, and three kids: 3 – 5 – 7 years old. You prefer a safe, quiet, beautiful place with a brand-new little house, perfect kitchen, and three bathrooms, one with a hot top. A considerable half-wild garden, in the cute countryside, say a 200 m2 house, and 2 hectares of land, where you can easily pay your mortgage every month without overthinking it. You can have cats, dogs, rabbits, and even a little pony. The kids will love that place, get a healthy, fresh-air upbringing, and experience many situations they will never forget.
And:
You end up buying a too-expensive fancy flat on the 7th floor downtown.
Am I right or wrong?
All the best to you from
Siegfried.

Freedom to Live Without Boundary
1 年One who has both. Someone who manage with passion (Hardcore - triple X rated) AND lead with compassion (Heartcore). When all is said and done, companies remember managers who get more done; but the people care about how they are made to feel working for those managers. It is a choice of Result VS Relationship or Result AND Relationship.
