working hard and working smart are completely different approaches, ideally you can find a balance between the two approaches while achieving your goals. Comparing hard work to smart work can help you determine which approach is best when it comes to achieving your business goals.
Without hard work, you will not be able to achieve your goals in life; but combining hard effort with smart work makes any activity faster and easier. Hard work is the physical performance of certain work, while smart work is the application of mental effort to reduce the time it takes to complete the work. In fact, both physical and mental efforts are involved in both jobs, but, in other words, physical efforts are very important, while in mental work, mental effort is of great importance.
When we do a task according to its value, we work hard and use our brains to get the most results with the least work, this is called smart work. Smart work is efficiency, essentially doing more in less time, creating systems and processes that allow you to use your time efficiently. We have the same time every day. In short, as long as you work hard, you can successfully complete the task; but in order to gain fame and recognition among the people, smart work is very important.
