Do you believe you can produce a dove out of an empty hat or defy gravity by making a person float in the air? I am sure you would have seen these magic tricks in your childhood and ended up believing in them. As we grow up, we realize that it is an illusion created by the magicians that make us believe in everything they perform. Most of us would have tried to emulate these tricks at home to impress kids but the outcome is not convincing enough. Ever thought, why does the same kid believe in the magician and not you? You may be giving your 100% but the outcome is not the same as the magician. The differentiator is “Passion”.
Passion fuels hard work. If you are passionate about your work, you will go the extra mile to achieve results. This statement holds good for every profession. Look around for successful people around us, all of them are passionate about their work which led to them excelling in their field. Famous comedian Zakir Khan once said,
?“When Hard work meets Excellence, it creates Magic”
Hard work is the commitment to what you do, and Excellence is being better than yesterday. With this cocktail, the outcome you achieve is magical.

It is the passion that doesn’t allow you to settle for anything less than what you aspire for. In this process of self-motivation and working hard, you will be challenged with failures. Dr. Harivansh Rai 'Bachchan’ in his poem said,

Accept your mistakes and restart. This time you know what doesn’t work. If you do not work on your failure, you will never succeed. If you are lucky to taste success without working on your failures, that success will be short-lived.
