"Hard work beats Talent when Talent doesn't work Hard"

"Show me constant failure and constant overcoming of that failure"
You can have all the talent in the world, but it doesn’t do you any good if you don’t apply it. Have you ever seen someone with so much talent, take it for granted? It is so hard to watch. We like to say focus on building YOUR talent. There is a deeper reward for the person who works for it, rather than the one “gifted”. The person who works for it finds a deeper awareness and confidence in the struggle and triumph.
DO the work no one sees. The work no one is there to praise you for. Do the work, when all of your peers are sleeping. The work left when all other co-workers have left the building. Do the work, when your opponents leave the field. Stay, focus, and work HARDER. “Work hard in silence and let your success do the talking.” – Unknown.
It boils down to your work ethic and how much effort you’re willing to put into something. As many people know, with life, you get what you put into it, so if you’ve got something you’re aiming for, something you want to do, work hard and you’ll create your own talent.
Talent is thought of as a gift for something.. A aptitude that’s a cut above the rest and lets the individual really excel at the task in question but talent doesn’t always come naturally.
Sometimes, by working hard people can develop talent and what seems to be a gift is in fact just the result of working REALLY hard for a long time. Many famous people are famous not because they’ve hit ‘overnight success’ but because behind the scenes they’ve been working really hard.
Focused, hard work is the real key to success. Keep your eyes on the goal, and just keep taking the next step towards completing it. If you aren't sure which way to do something, do it both ways and see which works better.
