?Australia’s Job Ads Grow 4% After Months of Decline
Australia’s job market experienced a 4% increase in online job advertisements last month (seasonally adjusted), marking a shift amid a year-long decline. Job ads increased across all occupations, skill levels and in most states and territories.
The leadership playbook Gen Z actually wants
Gen Z is reshaping workplace leadership expectations, favouring coaching over traditional management, transparency, and accessibility. They value authenticity, inclusion, timely feedback, and ongoing development opportunities. Leaders who embrace these qualities can better engage and retain Gen Z employees.
The Manufacturing industry reacts to rate cut
The RBA just made its first rate cut in over four years, dropping it by 0.25% to help steady the economy. Inflation’s slowing, but they’re still being cautious, keeping an eye on wages, jobs, and global uncertainty. With unemployment low, it’s a balancing act. What does this mean for manufacturing and construction?
