Change is rarely simple, and it’s often a challenging part of ensuring we’re continually delivering the quality, innovation, and engagement that our clients expect from HARBOUR. After a year of careful reflection and listening to client feedback, we’ve reached the decision to implement the second restructuring of this year. This was not a decision made lightly; rather, it’s a step we’re taking to prepare HARBOUR for a future where we can be more agile, responsive, and technologically advanced.

Like many businesses, we’ve found that scaling effectively means updating processes and making more strategic use of technology - ironic, perhaps, as we’ve spent 16+ years dedicated to delivering efficiency-driving platforms for others. Over time, our growth created some extra layers and steps that no longer fully served our client-centric focus. This long, hard look has brought us to a place where streamlining HARBOUR means we can focus even more effectively on what counts most - candidate experience and client needs.

What’s Changing, and Why It Matters

We’ve enhanced our support process to provide a single helpdesk contact point, supported by new features like real-time tracking of ticket progress. This clarity and responsiveness are built from client feedback and underscore our commitment to continuous improvement.

As part of our restructuring, some valued HARBOUR team members are moving on. These individuals have been instrumental in shaping HARBOUR over the years, and we’re incredibly grateful for their hard work, dedication, and impact on our journey.
